Craig A. Davis, Sr.

Born in 1954 at Fort Bragg, North Carolina, Craig spent his childhood in Iowa, then his family moved to Arizona in 1971. After graduating from McClintock High School in Tempe, he enrolled at Arizona State University seeking a degree in Real Estate. After his freshman year in 1973, he registered at Cecil Lawter Real Estate School where he was trained by Tom Hopkins. Craig began his career in Real Estate in 1974, listing and selling homes in the Phoenix area for Brokers such as Red Carpet and Realty Executives. He then obtained his Broker's License in 1979 and formed his own brokerage company, Davis Properties, specializing in Real Estate Investments, primarily selling land to real estate syndicators.

In 1981, as a fully registered Financial and Operations Principal with the National Association of Securities Dealers, Inc. ("NASD") n/k/a FINRA, he founded GRH Securities, Inc. ("GRH"), a NASD Broker/Dealer. GRH acted as the exclusive Placement Agent for Granada Royale Hometels n/k/a Embassy Suites Hotels, utilizing retail representatives associated directly with GRH and wholesalers networking with other financial planning Broker/Dealers nationwide. Craig was responsible for managing the organization, marketing and administration of the Private Placement Limited Partnerships. GRH raised over $150,000,000 from Investors for Embassy Suites Hotels. In addition, GRH raised money for proprietary land-banking projects in Florida, Two Pesos Mexican restaurants, The Hop, a nightclub co-founded by Bill Medley of The Righteous Brothers, and other Public Real Estate Limited Partnerships.

In 1992, Craig co-founded Golf 36 Corp., that financed, developed and owned MountainView Golf Club in Laveen, AZ, a 36-hole daily fee golf facility that was managed by Landmark Golf Company ("Landmark"). Landmark also designed Falcon Golf Club, an 18-hole daily fee golf facility in Litchfield Park, AZ that was financed, developed, owned and operated by Cordavins Club, LLC that was co-founded by Craig in 1997.

In 2000, he co-founded CU Realty that assists Credit Union members buy and sell homes. Craig is currently licensed as a Real Estate Broker in the States of Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Florida, Maryland, Massachusetts, Michigan, New Mexico, New York, Ohio and Virginia.

In 2003, he co-founded Prime Earth Development Co., LLC ("PEDCO"), a land investment company. PEDCO acquired, then rezoned 2,485 acres in Pinal County, AZ for future development. Craig oversees the syndication's including the maintenance and disposition of the properties.

In 2014, he was President of Pinnacle Peak Country Club.

He was married in 1976 and is the father of two daughters, one son and six grandchildren. He and his wife reside in Scottsdale, AZ.
